About This Project

This whole-home renovation updates an existing residence with modern utilities and new lifestyle amenities designed for wellness and flexibility. The scope includes a dedicated exercise room, meditation room, a reconfigured basement adding two new bedrooms, and a redesigned kitchen to support contemporary living. Outdoor improvements include a new deck and refreshed landscape strategy to extend daily use beyond the interior. At approximately 5,000 square feet, the design approach balances practical upgrades with a calm, cohesive interior design language—prioritizing comfort, performance, and long-term value. Sustainable design thinking guided decisions around reuse, targeted improvements, and durable, efficient updates rather than unnecessary demolition.
