Renovation of Woodbridge Bar

Renovation of renowned bar in Woodbridge, Maryland focused on expanding the bar and adjacent areas to support private rentals and a stronger neighborhood identity. The project included upgraded restrooms, improved circulation, and ADA-compliant access to ensure the space welcomes a broader range of patrons. Interior design decisions were guided by the bar’s role as a local gathering place—especially for live performances by neighborhood artists—balancing durable finishes with an elevated, contemporary atmosphere. The layout was reworked to maximize seating capacity through a mix of fixed banquettes and flexible, movable seating, allowing the venue to adapt from everyday service to event use. New amenities, including a pool table zone, were integrated while maintaining clear sightlines and an energetic, modern ambiance.
